Effective version: September 2026
Luméa AI Cookie Policy
1. What we use today
Luméa currently uses only strictly necessary cookies: the session cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in and to protect your account. These are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking.
2. What we do not use
Luméa does not currently use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising or retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking or profiling cookie. No data about your visit is sold or shared with advertisers.
3. Why you see a notice, not a consent request
You may see a small notice on your first visit telling you only essential cookies are used. It is informational, not a request for consent — strictly necessary cookies like ours are generally exempt from consent requirements under applicable law, so there is nothing to opt into. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first and we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. Doing so for the authentication cookie will sign you out and may prevent you from staying signed in.
5. Local storage
Some parts of the product may use your browser's local storage for per-device convenience (such as remembering a UI preference). This stays on your device and is not a tracking mechanism.
6. Related policy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your account and usage data more broadly.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated over time. The applicable version is shown at the top of this page.
