Luméa AI — AI Usage Policy
1. What Luméa is
Luméa is an orchestration layer around third-party generative AI models. Every photo, video, voice or other output is produced by an underlying AI model operated by a third-party provider — Luméa does not train these models and does not claim the output as verified, real, or independently reviewed content.
2. Outputs are not guaranteed
AI generation is probabilistic. Output can vary in quality, accuracy and consistency between otherwise similar requests, can misrepresent details you did not intend, and can occasionally fail entirely. Luméa does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, flawless, or identical to a previous generation of the same Creator.
3. Review before you publish
You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before publishing it or relying on it, including checking it against the platform rules of anywhere you intend to post it and against any claim of fact it might appear to make.
4. Labeling AI-generated content
Luméa does not currently embed a visible watermark or a machine-readable content-provenance marker (such as C2PA metadata) in generated media. Many platforms and some jurisdictions require synthetic or AI-generated media to be disclosed as such — it is your responsibility to label content as AI-generated wherever that is required by the platform you publish to or by applicable law.
5. Automated content flags
Photo generation is checked against our image provider's own content-safety classifier; output it flags is withheld rather than delivered to you. This is a narrow, provider-side filter — it is not a comprehensive review against every rule in our Acceptable Use Policy, does not by itself detect impersonation, age, or consent, and does not currently apply to video or voice. Responsibility for what you create and upload rests with you, as set out in that policy.
6. Identity, likeness and deepfakes
A Luméa Creator is a synthetic identity you build; it must not be presented as, or built to impersonate, a specific real person without that person's explicit consent. You must hold the necessary rights and consent for any real person's photo, video or likeness you upload or use as a reference. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is prohibited.
7. No professional advice
Generated content is not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and must not be used or presented as such.
8. Model changes
The specific AI model behind a given content type can change over time as providers update or retire models. This can change output style or characteristics even for an existing Creator.
9. Reporting a problem
If a generation produced harmful, unlawful or otherwise concerning output, report it from our contact page.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated over time. The applicable version is shown at the top of this page.
