Luméa AI Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what you may not do with Luméa, in addition to the rules in our Terms of Service. It applies to every Creator, prompt, uploaded reference and generated output.
2. Absolute prohibitions — zero tolerance
You may never use Luméa to create, upload, store or distribute:
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or content that sexualizes a minor in any way, however depicted.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person.
- Content designed to sexually exploit, groom or endanger a minor.
Violations of this section result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, a report to the relevant authority or organization (such as a national child-safety hotline).
3. Real people, identity and likeness
You may not build a Creator to impersonate a specific real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent, and you may not use Luméa to create content that falsely presents a real person as saying or doing something they did not. You must hold the necessary rights and consent for any photo, video or likeness of a real person you upload as a reference.
4. Harassment, defamation and deception
You may not use Luméa to harass, threaten, defame or deceive any person or organization, including generating content intended to pass as genuine footage of a real event in order to mislead (disinformation).
5. Illegal and infringing content
You may not use Luméa for anything unlawful, or to generate, upload or distribute content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
6. Platform and system abuse
You may not attempt to circumvent credit, plan or storage limits; attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or system prompts; automate account creation; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate an account that violates this policy, without refund for the current billing period, and may retain records of the violation as required to comply with the law or to prevent further abuse. Accounts responsible for repeated infringement of third-party copyright are terminated.
8. Reporting a violation
If you believe content created with Luméa violates this policy — including content that may depict you without consent — use our contact page (category: Report abuse or content) with as much detail as possible (a link or reference, and why it violates this policy). We review reports and act on confirmed violations.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated over time. The applicable version is shown at the top of this page.
