Luméa AI Terms of Service

Luméa AI is a generative service that lets you create and manage digital Creators and generate content — photos, videos, trend recreations and related formats — using third-party AI models. Luméa is infrastructure and orchestration around those models; it does not train or operate the underlying generation engines itself.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity carried out from your account.

Luméa operates on paid subscriptions and does not offer unlimited usage. Plans include a set number of persistent Creators and a weekly allowance of plan credits; unused plan credits do not roll over. Credits purchased separately are kept apart from plan credits and do not expire.

Each generation's estimated cost is shown before you confirm it, wherever the system supports that.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal — it does not end your current billing period early, and no refund is issued for the period already paid. You keep full access to your plan until the end of that period. See our Refund Policy for prepaid access and credit purchases.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Luméa never stores full card numbers or CVC codes. Subscriptions are billed by card. One-time credit purchases may be paid by card or Mobile Money where that option is offered. Renewals and cancellations follow the terms shown in the product and by the relevant provider.

Outputs are produced automatically by third-party generation models and can vary in quality and result, including between otherwise similar requests. Luméa does not guarantee that any generation will be flawless or identical to a prior one. You are responsible for reviewing any content before publishing or using it professionally. You must hold the necessary rights and consent for any images, videos, brands or likenesses of real people that you upload or use as references.

You may not use Luméa for anything illegal or fraudulent, for abusive impersonation, for infringing the rights of others, or for the unauthorized exploitation of media you do not have rights to. You may use content you generate commercially, subject to these Terms and to any applicable restrictions imposed by the third-party AI models used to produce it. Luméa does not guarantee rights beyond what those underlying providers permit.

Luméa depends on third-party AI and payment providers to operate. The service may change, undergo maintenance, or become temporarily unavailable, including due to circumstances outside Luméa's control. Availability is not absolutely guaranteed.

Luméa may limit or suspend an account in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or a payment issue.

Luméa is only for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
